Topics to be explored include noticing, wonder, appreciation, concentration, and gratitude. (You are not required to attend every session.)

Tuesdays from 12-2 (bring a lunch) Sept. 19 – Oct 17.

Also offered every other Sunday from 2-4 p.m., Sept 24 – Nov 12.
